Iveetzia  Lacta Work Human Resources senior specialist with over 20 years of experience managing Human resources departments

Few years ago after giving birth Iveetzia had to find ways to be able to express milk at her workplace. At that time her company didn’t have an area where she could pump. Her boss and colleagues did what they could to help, but it was very stressful time and she knew there had to be a better way to express her milk.


On her career she has seen many unsatisfied employees have not been able to achieve their breastfeeding goals and resigning due to lack of support. She knows first  hand the negative business impact, the real cost of an employee turnover, and how expensive and costly it is when they have to replace a talented skilled employee.


Those experiences motivated her to become an avid HR avid learner and become a subject matter expert supporting corporate with challenges related to prenatal and breastfeeding issues.
